Come and join the Zeitgeist Chamber Orchestra as they join forces with Tim Fisher to perform hauntingly beautiful songs from across music history.
Tracks from Jeffy Buckley's era defining album Grace will be juxtaposed with two of his key inspirations - 16th century lutenist John Dowland and 20th century composing titan Benjamin Britten. The orchestra play bespoke arrangements, composed to draw out musical kinship across the ages. Our exploration of the works of these three melancholy songsters will include a special re-arrangement of Britten's Nocturnal after John Dowland, Flow my Tears and other favourites by Dowland, and Lilac Wine, Everybody here wants You, and Satisfied Mind by Buckley.
